One of the usual thing happens in an organization is that everytime someone make some mistake, they will be blamed. It’s not okay to focus on the blame instead of finding the solution of the problem.

I see a lot of people are really like to staying on the situation of blaming other people just because they made a mistake. For me, i always tell my team that our organization is fail friendly. It’s okay to make mistake, it’s okay for not being right all the time.

What matters is that everytime you made a mistake, fix it. Learn how to not make the same mistake again in the future. But if you do, learn untill you don’t. Even though its fail friendly, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have to learn from your mistakes because you can use it as a shield. It’s not good.

A problem is a new thing to learn. It’s like learning how to run when you only can walk.
